Who we are

Mobile Tyre World Pty Ltd provides mobile tyre services across the Sydney metropolitan area and runs a workshop at 2/66 Stacey Street, Bankstown NSW 2200. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Mobile Tyre World Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person using this website or booking the work.

Using this website

The information on this website is general. Arrival times, tyre availability and descriptions of our services are given in good faith, but arrival times are typical, not guaranteed. Prices are quoted for your vehicle and location, not published here.

Quotes

A quote covers the work and tyres described when you contacted us, including travel to you, fitting, balancing and disposal of the old tyre where they apply. If the job turns out to be different when we arrive, we explain any change in price before doing extra work, and you can decline it.

Bookings and cancellations

Accepting a quote creates a service agreement. Cancellation fees and other booking rules are set out in our booking and cancellation policy.

Payment

Some bookings need a booking fee before we send a van, and we tell you when we quote. The rest is due when the work is finished, unless you have an approved fleet account. Afterpay, Humm and Zip are provided by third parties, and their own terms apply to payments made with them.

Promotions

Offers such as our tyre deals apply only on the conditions published with them.

Safety decisions

We will not repair a tyre that fails the conditions set out on our puncture repair page, and we will not fit a tyre below your vehicle’s specified load index or speed rating. We may decline or stop a job if it is unsafe to carry out, including when the location is unsafe to work in.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details about your location, your vehicle and the tyre size.
• Make sure you are authorised to have work done on the vehicle.
• Keep yourself and others clear of the work area while we are working.
• If your wheels have locking nuts, have the key ready for the technician, and check it is back with you before they leave.

If something is not right with our work

If you think a tyre was not fitted properly, or your vehicle was damaged while we worked on it, contact us as soon as you can and include photos if possible. Use our contact form or email info@mobiletyreworld.com.au, so there is a written record we can follow up.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the goods or service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for any unused portion of the contract. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Tyre manufacturers’ warranties are in addition to these rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our goods or services.
