We run 24 hours, 365 days. There is no answering service and no callback queue.

The price before we move
Quoted on the phone with the call-out included, and confirmed in writing before we send a van. Any difference for night or public holiday work is told to you then, never on arrival.
The van comes to you
Roadside, driveway, work car park. You get a call from the technician when they are close.
Nights, Sundays and public holidays
The mobile service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including public holidays.
Only our Bankstown workshop keeps business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and that is for servicing and repairs that can be booked ahead.
What we need before we send a van
- The exact address or location of the vehicle.
- The tyre size, or a clear photo of the tyre sidewall.
- Any booking fee we have asked for.

Booking policy
Keeping safe while you wait
- If you can, drive to a safe spot away from the traffic before you stop, and turn on your hazard lights.
- On a motorway, stop only in the emergency stopping lane or a breakdown bay.
- Stay in the car with your seatbelt on. If you have to get out, use the side away from the traffic and wait behind a safety barrier if it is safe to.
- Do not try to change the tyre unless it is safe to do so.
- On the M5, the Eastern Distributor or WestConnex, use an emergency phone or call Linkt on 13 33 31. On the Westlink M7, call 131 700.
- If anyone is hurt, call 000.

How long will it take you to get to me?
It depends on where you are and the jobs already booked, so we tell you on the phone rather than promise a time here. The technician calls you when they are close.
Can the tyre be repaired, or will it need replacing?
It can usually be repaired if it has not been driven on while flat, the damage is in the tread rather than the sidewall or shoulder, and the hole is no larger than 6mm. If not, we replace it on the spot with your size on the van.
