Answers to common questions.
If your question isn't here — write to us. We respond personally.
Is Manworking AÜG-compliant?
Yes. We hold the unlimited licence for temporary staffing from the Federal Employment Agency under § 1 AÜG. We are happy to provide the licence document on request.
How quickly can workers start?
As a rule, within 14 days of contract signing. For very specific qualifications this may take longer — we are transparent about this during the initial consultation.
What does temporary staffing cost?
Rates depend on industry, qualification, deployment duration and location. You receive a clear hourly rate including all on-costs during our initial consultation — no hidden surcharges.
What happens if a worker is not a good fit?
Let us know and we will replace them. In the first few weeks this is straightforward and at no additional cost.
Are workers covered by health insurance?
Yes. Full statutory health insurance in Germany from the first working day. We handle the registration.
Do you place registered nurses or medical staff?
No. We place companion carers for elderly residents only — everyday support and domestic assistance. Registered nurses and medical care are outside our offering.
Do the workers speak German?
It depends on the role. For labouring positions English or basic German is usually sufficient. For supervisory and skilled roles we place workers with German language skills — we assess this in the pre-screening interview.
Where do workers live?
We organise suitable accommodation near the deployment site — typically shared flats or guesthouses. Standards meet at minimum the legal requirements.
How does invoicing work?
You record the hours worked, approve them, and receive a monthly invoice from us. We cover wages, tax and social contributions.
What is Equal Pay?
After 9 months at the same site, temporary workers must receive the same pay as comparable permanent employees. We monitor this automatically and adjust terms accordingly.
