Clarify your needs
Tell us the industry, qualification, number and desired start date. We respond within 24 hours with an initial availability assessment.

Review profiles
We select matching candidates from our Romanian pool. You receive vetted profiles — qualifications, references, language level — and decide who to shortlist.
- 03
Contract & arrival
We handle the staffing agreement, A1 certificate, travel arrangements and accommodation. You sign the agreement. We handle everything else.
- 04
Deployment & support
Workers start with you. Our Germany-based team remains the fixed point of contact — for you on operational matters and for the workers on day-to-day questions.
14 days from enquiry to deployment.
- Day 1: Initial consultation, needs assessment, offer
- Days 2–5: Candidate selection and profile submission
- Days 6–8: Selection by you, contract signing
- Days 9–12: A1 certificate, travel, accommodation
- Day 14: Workers on site
For very specific qualifications (e.g. 6G welding certificate, Module 95 driver card) the process can take up to four weeks — we communicate this clearly during the initial consultation.
