What happens when you call
Four steps, no waiting room and no tow truck. Most of it happens before we have left the depot.
You call, we ask three things
Where you are, what you drive, and the size on the sidewall. That is enough to load the right tyre.
You get a price before we move
Quoted on the phone, call-out included in the figure. If the job turns out different on arrival, you hear the new price before any extra work.
The van comes to you
Roadside, driveway, work car park. You get a call from the technician when they are close.
Fitted and balanced on site
Wheel balanced before it goes back on. Pay by card, Afterpay, Humm or Zip when the job is done; some bookings need a booking fee first.
